Why Sleep is an Important factor in human health.

“Sleep” is an important and beneficial gift of nature to all living beings. Because this boon relieves all living beings of fatigue and weariness of the body, sleep is very necessary for living beings.

Although the origin of sleep is a mystery, we can generally define sleep as, ‘Sleep is the lowering of the physical consciousness of living organisms to an absolute minimum temperature.’ Now, there can be many arguments about how much sleep, how and when to get it. But today, thanks to modern devices, we can understand the state of sleep. Steady-restless state, partial sleep state, eye movement not moving during sleep; All this we can know through those devices.

We all sleep everyday. When we lie in bed, we never know when we will fall asleep. But once the eyelids are closed, it becomes easier to sleep. In sleep, we mostly disconnect from the outside world. And we get a hypnotic state. Even so, it is difficult to say what exactly happens and what we do when we sleep.

Once a blind man asked the great scientist Albert Einstein, ‘What is a goose like?’ Einstein said ‘White is like milk.’ ‘How’s the milk?’ ‘Like a funny color.’ ‘How does a goose have a crooked neck? Then Einstein bent the blind man’s hand. Then the blind man said, ‘Now I know what a goose is like.’ However, it is not really understood. So is sleep. So many questions arise from the definition of sleep to the necessity of sleep.
